The kitchen in the new lodge was specifically designed by our Chef to best accommodate his vision of bringing the finest cuisine to our guests using only the freshest and local ingredients.
Much of this farm to table vision result in creations that please the eye as well as the palate.
Patagonia is world renown for it’s grass fed beef and lamb, and our guests experience the finest and freshest cuts of both, whether prepared in the kitchen or at a traditional Argentinean Asado outside in the yard.
Coupled with fresh fish and seafood, our IAG (INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE GASTRONOMÍA) trained Chefs will surprise, delight and enchant you at each and every meal.
The Lodge and it’s host Pancho Panzar share a passion for Argentine wines from some of the finest vineyards in Patagonia, and every lunch and dinner will find the perfect complement of Malbec or Pinot Noir selected from the lodge’s extensive wine collection.
Should you or any guest in your party have specific dietary restrictions, allergies or requests please notify us upon making your reservation as our chefs will gladly accommodate any special requests.
